Wrist Flexor Stretch

Muscles used
Start Position
- Elbow straight.
- Opposite hand holding the hand’s fingers
Finish Position
- Using the opposite hand, pull the fingers and wrist back to the point of stretch
Common Errors
Modifications
- If you can not get a stretch with this way start the same way as described above but this time reach over the top of your forearm with the other hand and grab the fingers and then pull the fingers down so the wrist bends backwards. This pulls the hand more to the outside of the forearm.
- Slightly bend the elbow to stretch the forearm muscles closer to the wrist
