Triceps Stretch

Start position
- Reach up over your head with your arm straight
End position
- Bend at our elbow like you are trying to touch your shoulder.
- Us your other hand to push the forearm closer to your arm.
- Make sure you keep your elbow high. If it drops down you are not stretching the triceps properly
Alternative
- Instead of using your hand take a rope hold onto it with the arm you are stretching. Reach behind your back with the other hand, grab hold of the rope, and pull the arm.
