Standing tubing twist

Muscles exercises
- Internal and External obliques
- Multifidi and rotators (small back muscles)
Start position (for turning to the left)
- Standing with your feet shoulder width apart.
- Knees are bent and back is straight
- Tubing held against your left hip in your left hand and extends across the front of the body to the right where it is around a pole or through a door.
- Right hand cupping the tubing, so that it will allow the tubing to slide through it, and the elbow out to the side.
Finish position
- Keep your hips facing straight ahead. They should not move during the movement
- Keep the right arm still
- Turn your upper body to the left.
- Slowly return to the beginning
