Standing tubing twist

Muscles exercises

Start position (for turning to the left)

  1. Standing with your feet shoulder width apart.
  2. Knees are bent and back is straight
  3. Tubing held against your left hip in your left hand and extends across the front of the body to the right where it is around a pole or through a door.
  4. Right hand cupping the tubing, so that it will allow the tubing to slide through it, and the elbow out to the side.

Finish position

  1. Keep your hips facing straight ahead. They should not move during the movement
  2. Keep the right arm still
  3. Turn your upper body to the left.
  4. Slowly return to the beginning
