Standing Quadriceps Stretch

Muscles Stretched

Start Position

  1. Standing upright
  2. Grab above the ankle with hand on same side as the leg being stretched
  3. Knees together
  4. Place other hand on partner, wall or counter.

Finish Position

  1. Pull heel towards buttocks
  2. Upper body remains upright
