Soleus Stretch I

Muscles Stretched

1. Soleus
2. Deep foot flexors in the leg

Start Position

1. Hands against wall
2. Place one foot back
3. Back foot’s knee is bent
4. Toes facing straight ahead.
5. Feet flat on ground

Finish Position

1. Lunge body forward towards wall

Modifications

1. If you do not get a stretch trying placing the back foot further back

Common Errors

1. Back heel off the ground
2. Toes point out
