Shoulder Internal Rotation Stretch

Start position
- Lay a rope/towel over the same shoulder you are going to stretch.
- Pull the arm you are going to stretch behind your back and hold onto the rope/towel
- The elbow should be bent as much as you can
End position
- Grab the other end of the towel with your other arm
- Pull up with the other arm.
- This will pull your hand up and you should feel a stretch over the side and back of the shoulder.
Alternative
- Set yourself up the same way as the start position without a towel. Reach across your body with your other arm and grab your elbow.
- Pull the elbow forward.
