Plantarfascia Stretch

Muscles Stretched

1. Plantarfascia
2. Soleus
3. Small flexors of the foot in the foot
4. Deep flexors of the foot in leg

Start Position

1. Hands against wall
2. Place toes against the wall.
3. The leg of the foot being stretched is straight
4. Heel on ground

Finish Position

1. Lunge body forward towards wall

1. Calf Stretch I
2. Calf Stretch II
3. Soleus Stretch

 

** Note: It is best to not wear shoes during this stretch. But shoes are alright if the shoe has a flexible sole
